Bruce provided me with very rapid advice (on a Sunday afternoon!) and is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this firm.UPDATE 08/10/2024: Bruce and his team fully refurbished 100 square meters of limestone slabs in my home over a couple of days - I watched the process and it was very involved and impressive. The result is excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I'd give a 6th star if I could!

I also enjoyed the experience of having you here, supervising and hands-on.I cleaned it tonight (seven days later) with the little Vax floor-cleaner machine which I showed you, and the cleaning droplets stood well proud of the floor. Very impressive transformation of our limestone floor, the original installation was done by a general builder who left residue on the stone prior to sealing that just never looked right. The team from Cotswold Stone Floor Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning and resealing the floor. Highly recommend.
Our limestone floor was laid new during a total renovation & dirt &smeared grout was sealed in so we were never happy with it - Bruce has done a wonderful job to make the floor look as good as we had originally hoped. Bruce and Mark prepared and cleaned our Indian sandstone floor in kitchen, conservatory and utility rooms. The work was efficiently and professionally undertaken. Immediate visual improvement with clear guidance about future maintenance.
We inherited a limestone floor which had been neglected when we moved into our new house and it wasn't looking its best - it had some very deep scratches, dirty patches in the kitchen and various stains etc. We have a very large area (like a barn conversion) and decided to tackle the work in two halves - moving all furniture from one end to the other with a couple of days in between the treatments - rather than move everything out and put into storage. This worked well. Bruce went through everything thoroughly with us prior to the work being carried out, explaining in detail what he was going to do and what we hoped the outcome to be. Our floor was lightly ground in places where it was either badly stained or scratched - this involved absolutely no dust whatsoever due to the clever machinery used - and then cleaned, sealed and polished. It was neither messy nor smelly. Bruce and his team were professional and did exactly what they said they would - and we have a beautiful Bath stone floor to show for it!

Bruce trained with some of the best stone floor craftsman in Italy, and it shows. I can’t quite believe it’s the same floor, he managed to revive it, turning it from a horrible dirty cream to a beautiful off white! A very efficient and friendly service. Thank you!

Just laid a new stone floor and unfortunately the builder didn't seal it properly and we ended up with stains everywhere! I contacted Bruce who was excellent, he knew what to do and we booked him in immediately. We we came home that evening after he had completed the work we were so happy with the finish. He stripped it all back and put a much more hard wearing sealant down. Its been down for over 1 week now and it still looks great. We have 2 dogs and 2 small children so the floor has to be up for some abuse!! Photos show before and after!
Threatened by the wife with having to rip out and replace our slate tiled floor because it was horrible, tried to find someone who might know how to bring it back to life.Came across Bruce via internet search - and guess what? Bruce talked us through the options and explained the likely costs and results of each potential treatment. My Stone flagstones had developed a layer of grime over the years, which was impossible for me to get on top of.They came , deep cleaned and resealed- I hope after care will be easy, as the turmoil was quite a drama for me ........It looks fabulous !
